ONLINE PRODUCT REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please keep your receipt, as it is required for all exchanges & refunds.
Defective Product:
We will offer an exchange or refund for defective product. All returns must be made within 10 days from purchase date and must accompany a receipt in order for the return to be processed. All unopened products must be in saleable* condition and defective product must be at least half full and all units must be accounted for.
Saleable Product Exchanges:
We will allow a product to be exchanged within 10 days of purchase at our store if the receipt is present and if the product is in saleable* condition.
*Products in saleable condition must:
  • Be unopened with caps, seals, labels, and original packaging intact and with no visible tampering;
  • Be in its original condition;
  • Be in its original selling unit (e.g. full case);
  • Not show any evidence of deterioration with age; and
  • Not be stale-dated, unless the receipt shows that it was recently purchased.
